Registration of Mortgage

• Application Form dully signed

• Original Mortgage deed signed by both Parties (signatures should be notarized)

• Affidavit of Good Faith dully notarized

• Minutes of meeting of the mortgagor, Legalized

• Power of attorney (of the Mortgagor) dully notarized

• Payment of Mortgage Registration Fees (as per Tariff)

Discharge of Mortgage 

• Application Form dully signed

• Original Discharge Certificate signed by the mortgage, dully notarized

• Power of Attorney (of the Mortgagee) dully notarized
